Literature and Latte, the developers of Scrivener, have released
Scrivener 3 for Windows
but course creators were asked not to create courses until it was officially released so creating a course for it will take a couple of months.

Literature and Latte did not want to release the software until it was perfect, and they were making improvements right up to the last minute, meaning any videos created during the beta process would not be completely up to date and you would be misdirected.
